Since we often have entire grade levels attend field trips to the museum please note the following: This offer is valid for the primary teacher of each class scheduled to attend a field trip.
Restrictions: Pass is not valid for group admissions or special events and may not be combined with any other offer. Not redeemable for cash. Other restrictions may apply.
Passes cannot be redeemed the day of your field trip. These are provided for pre-trip planning purposes.
Because we know students respond enthusiastically to understanding where they are going and what is expected of them, here is a presentation for you and your students that covers the following:

2. What will you see and do?
3. What is expected of you?
This presentation is useful for not only students but fellow teachers bringing their classes and all chaperones planning to attend the field trip as well.
Having chaperones accompany your field trip can be an invaluable asset or an additional distraction. Yet, most chaperones don't realize what being a chaperone entails when they volunteer. This overview of duties and responsibilities will help clarify expectations and lead to a smoother, more enjoyable experience for everyone.
